Can I bring grandparents?

There’s something very special about bringing together different generations within the family. We definitely welcome bringing in the grandparents. For logistics purposes, we also recommend the grandparents to join either at the beginning or at the end so it’s not too tiring for them - as realistically, we only need around 20min to capture the best of it all. Please note that there will be an additional charge per person above a family of four, which will be set out in more details in our information pack.

Can I bring pets?

What is family without our furry members? We love animals here at our studio and welcome them. Please do let us know when you are booking so we can take note of that. For the shoot, please also prepare their favourite toys or treats and weepads just in case :)

Can I bring my helper?

Yes, you may bring helper(s) along to our shoot.

About Images

How long does it take for us to get the photos back?

We return the images 4 weeks after the shoot and will send over an online private gallery.

Can I have all the unedited/RAW photos from our shoot?

As creatives, we select the final images and edit them with artistic discretion. For this reason, we do not release any unedited or RAW files as we consider those to be unfinished and incomplete.

Can I order prints from you after the shoot?

We definitely offer customised framed prints and albums at our studio, and will share more details with you when we deliver your photos.

About Styling

How many outfits can we do in 2 hours?

We recommend, for our 2 hours shoot, to plan/bring 2 outfits.

What should we wear?

When we start planning the shoot, we will send over a short preparation guide which will set out the colour themes and outfit ideas that would be best to convey a timeless and heartwarming mood in our shoots. We will also be setting up a group chat to go through the outfits and plan together with you to ensure that we deliver the best shooting experience and results.

Do you include hair and make up?

Yes, our shoot package includes one set of hair and make up. We highly recommend for a professional and suitable hair and make up to be done to enhance the effects of the photographs. However, if you have a make up artist that you very much prefer, we can discuss and take out the hair and make up from our package.

About Location

Where is your studio?

Our studio is based above Central on Hong Kong Island.

Do you do outdoor shoots too?

Our classic timeless style is definitely at our natural light studio, which is tailor-made to deliver consistently beautiful photographs and results. Having said that, we do sometimes do outdoor shoots at the beach or at client’s home if their home has abundant lighting and is suitable for our shooting style. We will need to discuss with you and explore before being able to finalise on what is or is not feasible.

Do you have parking space?

Yes, we do have parking space at our studio. Please do let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.

About Reschedule & Cancellation

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Our deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable. However, we do offer a one-time free rescheduling policy 5 days in advance before the shoot day. (for non-weather related reasons). After that, rescheduling is still possible at a fee.

If the weather is really bad, can we reschedule?

Usually, if we foresee a high possibility of it being really dark or rainy on the day of the shoot, we will discuss it with you 24 hours beforehand. We will then have to make a final decision to reschedule by the latest 6pm the evening before, without that the shoot will go ahead the day after.

About Others

What else should I prepare?

We do suggest to bring things that may make our studio and shooting time a happy place for your kids and pets. We have an audio system at our studio, where you may play any of your children’s favourite songlists. Please do also bring along any books/toys/food (ideally in softer colors in case they have to appear in some shots) that your children may love or may keep their attention span a bit longer.

Do you have stream in your studio?

Yes, we do have a stream in our studio.
